Sending Love through Letter Writing

Shimoda Accessories - Write a letter.

I always say I'm going to write so & so. I really liked that book, I'm going to write the author and let her
know... and it goes into the years of the 'one day - someday pile.' UGH!

Do you have a pile like that?

I just decided to do something about it. What am I going to do? What am I committing to?

I will start with 2 letters or postcards a month. It might be more but I'm just saying 2 for now.

What will that look like? A letter can be short. "Sending you hugs!" "Stay Strong", send a joke, send an article a person…

As long as I have an address, it could take 5 mins to forward a little happiness.

Do you want to join me in this project?

Make sure you have envelopes and stamps on hand.

I do want to include you in my project also since you are following me. I’m picking someone that will get a letter from me each month.

How? You have to be on my email list and I have this complicated system of asking my husband to pick a number between 1 and whatever the last number is. Everyone is on an excel sheet so I can see who is under that number.

If you et picked, you’ll get something in the mail from me. If I don’t have your address. I’ll email you to get it.

This is also part of the Sacred Stitches: The Art of Caregiving

It makes me feel good to know that I'm helping others feel good.
