Laura Gadson be hosting an Open House with some of her favorite NYC creatives in August (me, being one.) Some fans, some fairies and some garden splendor (rough and rugged inner city style) will be available.
If you plan on attending Harlem Week 135th street activities on August 15th or 16th do drop in for a spot of tea… iced for the season of course.
Location - The Gadson Gallery is located between Frederick Douglass and Adam C. Powell Blvds. (AKA 7th and 8th Ave) The closest train is 'C' to 135th St. You can also take the #2/3 to 135th St.
Harlem Week
There will be a huge street fair at 135th St. Vendors and entertainment.
Parking will be tight and 134th st will also be closed to traffic. If you can, take the train or bus.
