I deeply value each customer who is moved to buy a Shimoda Accessories for themselves or a loved one. It is such a joy to me that I get to design and create these special pieces for you in my studio in Harlem, New York, and I deeply appreciate the decision you're making to buy handmade.
I know it's important to both of us that your items get to you safely. I ship via the U.S. postal service and rarely have any issues with items arriving safely to their new homes. The following is information that will be helpful to you as you consider placing your order.

All of my art is designed and handcrafted in Harlem, NY.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
Yes. We use an SSL certificate to ensure all transactions are secured. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Full payment is due before any order is processed.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Shimoda Accessories charges your card, for the full amount, when the order is placed. We are a US based company and all prices are in $USD.
RETURNS & REPAIR
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I am happy to work with you on a return or exchange within seven days of receipt of the item. Please contact me first before returning something. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns need to be packaged as carefully as they were when they arrived. It is a good idea to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment.
